The markets continue to float slightly to the downside as the markets are reacting to the higher Dollar. A stronger Dollar usually pushes the markets lower. Volume is extremely light and today the Federal Reserve is pushing more money into the markets. This is a normal thing now. The PowerShares QQQ Trust, Series 1 (ETF) (NASDAQ:QQQQ) are leading the charge to try and keep the market around the flat line. This can be seen based on the gains in AAPL, BIDU and AMZN. The key stocks to watch today in the small cap realm are StemCells, Inc. (NASDAQ:STEM) based off the mega move in Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTM) and China Infrastructure Investment Corp (NASDAQ:CIIC) off of the mega China momentum of late.
