The EU and US markets opened today with big gains after the agreement by the European Union (EU) to save Spain’s banking system with up to $125 billion rescue fund. The gains although faded after concerns of the impact and the terms of the deal, raising the Spanish and Italian Bonds. Portugal and Ireland are now requesting to renegotiate the terms on their bailout agreements with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and EU. Read more
