Strike Graphite Corp (CVE:SRK) (PINK:SRKZF) stock price gained significantly after the company was advertised through an interview with their contractor.
SRK went up 7.8% in the morning generating a heavy trading volume. The stock price was influenced by a recently published transcript of an interview with Jody Dahrouge of Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd, which is Strike’s contractor and carries out exploration work.
The interview shed some light on the prospects of graphite in general as well as Strike’s ability to deliver. Although it didn’t provide anything new, the most important facts laid out like that clearly attracted additional interest from traders and worked as an advertisement for SRK.
With the newest push, Strike’s share price got above the most recent resistance at 32 cents per share, thus it’s a very strong move from a technical perspective. The rally is accompanied by a very strong trading volume, which was already 4 times heavier than daily average amid the session.
The resistance that got taken out should work as support from here on, giving more stability to the new share pricing. However, even without that the stock receives attention just because graphite is a hot market right now and traders automatically have bullish attitudes towards related stocks.
