US stocks retreated from intra-day highs to make new lows on the day after seemingly finding support at the 1330 support level in the S&P. It was the Nasdaq index that could not rally with the Dow and S&P, eventually dragging US markets as well as the CurrencyShares Euro trust (NYSE:FXE) to new lows.
