Vitaliy Katsenelson contacted me last month about reviewing his latest book and I just started it yesterday after a long wait. I first heard of him when he was Jim Puplava’s guest on Financial Sense and was impressed by his take on how to trade sideways markets. The above title is how he refers to a market that is not a bull, or a bear…but a sideways markets.
