The Oxen Report: Thursday is Retail Day, Market Continue Higher?

Yesterday was a successful day for The Oxen Report. We only had one pick, but it sure was a delightful one. On the strong dollar and trade balance news, we thought an ETF on oil, Direxion Daily Bull Energy (ERX), would be a solid play for the day. We set a low entry point, which was smart because we got it on a downswing at a premium price at 36.40. We then sold at 37.49 for a solid 3% gain. It was a great pickup for the day.
