AXLX-logo.jpgNot every promotion of Axiologix Education Corp (OTC:AXLX) succeeds, yet there are people who profit from the paid newsletters. What is more interesting, there is this inverse trend at hand, considering the money third parties pay and the impact on the stock market that follows. AXLX-15.04.11.png

What happened in the middle of March, happens in the middle of April as well. Axiologix is promoted, third parties pay, the trading frenzy begins pushing the stock price. Actually, in some cases Axiologix pays for the promotion itself. There is one major difference, however, which separates the two promotional campaigns. Back in March, when the first promotional wave came out, several promoters received $60k each, yet right after the promotions the stock price crashed.
This week, a third party pays for promo actions and the first two newsletters came out yesterday. The difference is that only $7.5k were paid and this time there is still no sharp drop. Yet, a question that remains is – who actually profits from expensive promotions? Shareholders obviously don`t.
On a related subject, speaking about cash paid, it is interesting to mention that Axionlogix is not among the richest OTC enterprises. The actual present financial status of the company is unknown, because there is simply no balance sheet to check, not for the last 6 months at least. The last 10-Q with an end date Nov. 30th, 2010, certainly does not inspire much confidence. The total current assets at the end of the period, for example, is times less what the company paid for the promotions in March. Yet, in press releases Axiologix is described as having revolutionary software, which could position the company as a leader in education reform. [BANNER]
Which, although not impossible, is one long road to go before the claim becomes a fact. In the meantime, volatility would rule the stock market, while promoters get richer and shareholders get poorer. It is the next quarterly statement that could change this. But, as usual, instead of a balance sheet, another notification of late filing came out recently.
