Buckeye Partners Int. (BPL) recently rebounded from a dip lower after the up trend that had been in play for the last nine months was broken. Shares broke below the up trend in late January and plunged lower before recovering and jumping back near the high 52-week high at $58.32. New York Community Bancorp. (NYB) just jumped above a key level of resistance at $15 that had been containing shares since late December of last year to hit a new 52-week high just shy of $16.
