Yesterday, Thwapr Inc. (OTC:THWI) was featured in a cascade of promotional newsletters which poured down on investors around the middle of the trading session.
There were two third parties in the campaign. The first one was Allan James Group and the second one was ELCO Securities.
Different amounts of money were spent on the promotion by the two sponsors. Namely, Allan James Group had spent $25,000, while ELCO Securities had spent $40,000.
The campaign was led by several stock promoters. These included Penny Stock Circle, Penny Stock Explosion, Chart poppers, eStocks Daily Team.
At the end of the session, THWI 
finished 35% higher at $0.0567. The trading volume generated exceeded 7.6 million shares.
