Forexpros– Tokyo’s core consumer price inflation rose last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, the Statistics Bureau said that Tokyo’s core CPI, which excludes fresh food costs rose to at an annualized rate of -0.1%, from -0.2% in the preceding month.
Analysts had expected Tokyo’s core CPI to rise to -0.1% last month.
