Unit holders have to make a minimum initial investment of $2,500 to enter this Zacks #1 Rank (“Strong Buy”) fund. The fund offers dividends quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are paid annually.

Global Real Estate Securities A (POSAX) was founded in October 2007. The investment seeks to generate total return.

The fund primarily invests in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies engaged in the real estate industry. It is non-diversified.

The fund’s key holdings include Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd., Westfield Group and Simon Property Group Inc. (SPG).
