I want to work on my psychology, I am looking for a course, or some training that will guide me through self-discovery and helps me change any beliefs that hold my trading back. As I have never really worked on myself in this way before, I am looking for something that provides a step-by-step process? Do you know of any such training/courses?

Scott, I am sure there are many programs out there to teach you how to master yourself. I am sure you can find someone who will teach you what you already know—who you are. This is the key to mastering the psychology of trading. You must know yourself. You have to understand your personality, your emotional makeup, and your mental capabilities. I believe one should do this for him or herself, as going this route leaves you with the strongest and most credible picture of who one is.
As I stated just a moment ago, I believe everyone already knows who he or she is, but sometimes that picture is clouded, fuzzy, or otherwise blocked. A gazillion reasons might exist for this inability to see one’s self clearly, and this is where an outsider might well help you clear up, sharpen, or generally unblock that picture of you. Given this, I give you Dr. Dorn. I am recommending you check her out because a) I am most familiar with her, and b) I like what she has to say about the psychological approach to trading. In the end, Scott, the necessary mental/emotional makeup that will help you succeed as a trader will come from you, the person you are. Understanding this will allow you to make any changes needed. No one else can do this for you, no matter how educated, smart, insightful, or credentialed. This reality is either diminishing or empowering. You choose.
