Terra Energy ResourcesTRRE has entered into negotiations with a subsidiary of Pandawa Energy, a Renewable/Geothermal Energy Holding Company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for possible areas of mutual cooperation and finance on the subsidiary company’s proven geothermal resource located in the country’s island of Java that is currently produc…ing up to 12 MWe of steam and confirmed to hold geothermal resources in the amount of 75MWe with an additional 75MWe of probable resources to be further proved.Pandawa Energy is presently developing two (2) proven geothermal resource areas on the island of Java and additionally three (3) geothermal resource areas on the other islands in the country that are in mid to final exploration stages, collectively capable of producing about 1,000 MWe of electricity. Pandawa Energy has received letters of interest from a number of major American and European geothermal industry players for both upstream and downstream financing, operational and technical expertise on its geothermal projects and more specifically letters of intent from US Government Institutions for the development of its subsidiary company’s proven geothermal resource to generate in the first phase one (1) x 55MWe with possibility in the second phase for an additional one (1) x 55MWe totaling the project’s development capacity to 110MWe in the next five years.Indonesia has the world’s largest and highest quality geothermal energy resources.
