Bonds hit a new all time high on Friday but I’m not very bullish on the chart for a number of reasons.
- It’s more of an upward channel than a breakout in my book (If we broke out of the channel I may change my tune)
- Volume is on a major decline
- ADX is moving lower indicating the trend is weakening
- Negative divergence on the RSI
