Forexpros – The U.K.’s Nationwide house price index rose unexpectedly last month, data showed on Friday.
In a report, , Nationwide Building Society said that said its index of U.K. house prices rose to 0.2%, from 0.0% in the preceding month.
Analysts had expected the Nationwide HPI to fall -0.2% last month.
