Forex Pros – U.S. stocks were up after the closing bell on Friday.
At the close of U.S. trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.51%, the S&P 500 index gained 1.06%, while the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 1.43%.
Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, European stock markets closed higher. France’s CAC 40 was up 1.51%; Germany’s DAX gained 0.77%; Britain’s FTSE 100 climbed 1.37%; and the EURO STOXX 50 rose 1.22%.
