Forexpros – U.S. stocks were up after the closing bell on Wednesday.
At the close of U.S. trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.90%, the S&P 500 index gained 0.98%, while the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 0.53%.
Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, European stock markets closed higher. France’s CAC 40 was up 2.42%; Germany’s DAX gained 2.21%; Britain’s FTSE 100 climbed 0.85%; and the EURO STOXX 50 rose 2.43%.
