USD/CHF Fundamental Analysis February 9, 2012, Forecast
Analysis and Recommendations:
The USD/CHF trading at 0.9123, this pair like its cousins has been subject to the market reactions to Greece. Economic reports out in Switzerland today were at forecase as unemployment remained at 3.1%. During the afternoon the dollar was up as investors were more worried about Greece but as the day concluded on the ECB agreed to consider a haircut on their Greek assets the markets rejoiced and the USD fell. This pair were crazy today, bouncing up and down irratically. German economic reports were worrisome showing the exports were falling more then expected. This pair is unpredictable at the moment. Again tomorrow everything will be focused on Greece, with several important reports due in the UK and an interest rate decision by the BoE while the US will have unemployment figures which will hopefully support last weeks sizzling data.
