January 14, 2009– The NYSE suspended the listing of Nortel’s (NYSE:NT) common shares because the company and some subsidiaries filed for protection under Chapter 11.

January 6, 2009UST (NYSE: UST) was acquired by Altria Group Inc and its shares were delisted from the exchange.

January 1, 2009Merrill Lynch (NYSE: MER) was acquired by Bank of America and was delisted from the NYSE.

January 1, 2009Nationwide Financial Services (NYSE: NFS) became a private subsidiary of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and was delisted from the NYSE.

December 31, 2008Wachovia Corporation (NYSE: WB) was acquired by Wells Fargo and delisted from the NYSE.

December 22, 2008Spectrum Brands (NYSE: SPC) was delisted from the NYSE and is now traded on the OTC market.

November 28, 2008Lumera (NASDAQ: LMRA) was delisted because it failed to meet minimum stockholder equity requirements.

November 24, 2008ImClone Systems (NASDAQ: IMCL) was acquired by Eli Lilly and Company and its shares were delisted from the exchange.

November 24, 2008Applied Biosystems (NYSE: ABI) completed its merger with Invitrogen and was delisted. The new company, Life Technologies Corporation, will be traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol LIFE.

November 29, 2008Anheuser-Busch (NYSE: BUD) was acquired by InBev and its shares were delisted from the exchange.

November 12, 2008Hercules (NYSE: HPC) was acquired by Ashland Inc. and its shares were delisted from the exchange.

October 31, 2008IKON Office Solutions (NASDAQ: IKON) merged with Ricoh Company and its shares were delisted from the exchange.

October 6, 2008Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company (NYSE:WWY) completed its merger with Mars and was delisted from the NYSE.

September 22, 2008– E-mini Russell 2000 and Russell 2000 futures are now traded exclusively on the ICE platform.
New symbols are now used to represent the E-mini Russell 2000 data:
CRB- RJ
CSI- TF (1220)
Genesis- TF (845) Contact your data provider and obtain data for the new symbols. Then use the Symbol Override function in VantagePoint. This will modify VantagePoint to read the data from the new symbol.
Because of low trading volume, the full-sized Russell 2000 will eventually be removed from VantagePoint.

September 17, 2008Lehman Brothers (LEH) was delisted from the NYSE.

August 26, 2008Electronic Data Systems (NYSE: EDS) was acquired by Hewlett-Packard and delisted from the NYSE.

July 30, 2008Clear Channel Communications (NYSE: CCU) was delisted from the NYSE.

July 29, 2008– The merger between Sirius and XM completed. The new company, Sirius XM Radio, will trade under the symbol SIRI. XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: XMSR) was delisted from the exchange.

July 11, 2008– Activision Blizzard will temporarily trade under the symbol NASDAQ: ATVID until August 6, 2008. On August 7, 2008, the stock will trade under the previous symbol of ATVI.

July 2, 2008Getty Images (NYSE: GYI) was acquired by the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman and was delisted from the NYSE.

June 30, 2008– Conexant Systems completed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split. The stock will temporarily trade under the symbol NASDAQ: CNXTD until July 29, 2008. On July 30, 2008, the stock will resume trading under its original symbol NASDAQ: CNXT.

June 23, 2008Loews Corp changed its NYSE trading symbol to L from LTR.

June 5, 2008Trane (NYSE: TT) became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand and was delisted from the NYSE.

May 14, 2008Millennium Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: MLNM) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company and was delisted from the NASDAQ.

May 2, 2008 Cadbury Schweppes (NYSE: CSG) was delisted from the NYSE. Cadbury plc began trading as a stand-alone confectionery company following its demerger from Americas Beverages.

April 30, 2008 – BEA Systems (NASDAQ: BEAS) was acquired by Oracle and delisted from the NASDAQ.

April 15, 2008 – The W.R. Berkley NYSE ticker symbol changed to WRB.

March 3, 2008 – CSI data for Coffee, Cocoa, Orange Juice, Sugar, U.S. Dollar Index, Russell 2000, and E-Mini Russell 2000 now represents the ICE electronic session. It is not necessary to make any modifications to either VantagePoint or the CSI data.

February 29, 2008Golden Telecom (NASDAQ: GLDN) was acquired by VimpelCom and delisted from the NASDAQ. Customers who use CSI data should delete GLDN from the VantagePoint portfolio in UnfairAdvantage. Contact CSI technical support at 561-392-8663 for additional assistance.

Jan 7, 2008Home Solutions of America (NASDAQ:HSOA) was delisted from the NASDAQ.

October 10, 2007 – TXU Corp. (NYSE: TXU) was acquired by a group of private investors and its shares were delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. June 15, 2007– Genesis Financial Data Services customers may receive error messages related to missing data for RBOB Gasoline and Lowe’s. Follow the instructions in the Feb 26, 2007 bulletin to modify the symbols used for these markets. The new symbol for RBOB Gasoline is RB2 (5000) and the new symbol for Lowe’s is LOW (5000).

April 16, 2007The NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock (QQQQ) was renamed PowerShares QQQ™. No changes were made to the structure of this ETF and the ticker symbol remains QQQQ.

April 10, 2007– The FINEX division of NYBOT changed the minimum tick size of several currency futures including the U.S. Dollar Index (DX). The DX prices are now carried out to three decimal places instead of two decimal places. CSI customers received the new data format in the April 9th download. CRB customers will receive the new data format in the April 10th download. After receiving the new data, VantagePoint customers should use the “Clear Stored Predictions” function before opening charts or reports.

March 22, 2007CVS Corp. (NYSE: CVS) and Caremark Rx (NYSE: CMX) announced the completion of their merger. Trading on CMX ceased. The new company is named CVS/Caremark Corp. and will trade under the symbol CVS. CSI data customers should remove the symbol CMX from the VP7DATA portfolio in UnfairAdvantage. VantagePoint does not require any modification.

March 9, 2007– CRB deployed the St. Paul Travelers data symbol change which was described in the February 26, 2007 bulletin. The change took place automatically with the March 8th end-of-day download. CRB data customers should follow the basic instructions for modifying VantagePoint which were described in the previous bulletin. However, change the CRB symbol from STA to TRV;S.

February 26, 2007– The St. Paul Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE: STA) changed its name to The Travelers Companies Inc. and began trading on the NYSE using the new symbol TRV.

New customers who use CSI data may need to follow these steps to modify VantagePoint to read the new data symbol TRV. You will be able to perform this modification even if St. Paul Traveler’s is not one of your registered markets.

• Right-click St. Paul Travelers on the markets tree.
• Select Properties
• Click on the Advanced tab of the St. Paul Travelers Market Properties screen
• Select Edit Symbols
• Change STA (5944) to TRV (5944)
• Click Save
• Click OK on the St. Paul Travelers Market Properties screen
Close and then reopen VantagePoint

Although VantagePoint will now read TRV data, the market name will remain St. Paul Travelers.

CRB data customers do not need to make any changes at this time.

January 23, 2007Barclays Global Investors (BGI) announced that the primary listing exchange of 16 iShares, including the iShares MSCI EAFE, was moved from the AMEX to the NYSE. BGI stated, on their website, that no action was needed by current shareholders. This was part of a phased transfer which was announced in 2005.

January 3, 2007- AT&T (NYSE:T) completed its $86 billion buyout of BellSouth. As a result, BellSouth (NYSE: BLS) was officially dropped from the New York Stock Exchange.
