The newsletter claimed that the paper battery which VNDB is developing could have the potential to disrupt the entire battery industry. Theoretically, this technology could have a lot of potential. However, the chances for a successful development are not very clear at this stage.[BANNER]
The company has been on the quest of revolutionizing the world with its new technology for three years without any encouraging results. Furthermore, VNDB has no other employees except its CEO Fraser Cottington to support it in this groundbreaking enterprise.
As to the promotional campaign of VNDB, it must be pointed out that Stock Guru didn’t eulogize the company out of goodwill. The praising words of the promoter came at a cost. In fact, there are several entities who gained benefit from the promotion:
- Pentony Enterprises LLC was compensated $3300 by a third party for the promotion.
- Trinity International LLC owns 3.1 million shares and “intends to sell its entire position”.
- Media1 LLC indicated that its advertising fee ranged from $1 thousand to $50 thousand.
- Lake Group Media stated its fee ranged from $1 thousand to $50 thousand.
That being said, it cannot be determined whether the claim for a future industrial revolution by VNDB’s batteries was produced by an objective analysis or by the material compensation for the campaign. Therefore, potential investors of VNDB can lessen their risk if they rely on sources other than paid promo letters and news accompanying the promotion.
