Visa Inc(NYSE:V) and Mastercard Inc.(NYSE:MA) has dropped like rocks this afternoon after the Federal Reserve announced new rules on debit cards. The Fed is said to limit debit card swipe fees. This is the fee that banks charge merchants when a customer swipes a card to make a purchase.
