6VMCS_chart.pngVisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (PINK:VMCS) had a spike back in October after an arguably relevant press release. Today, a promoter is pushing the stock.

VMCS closed flat at $0.01 the last two sessions and the volume has been around the average lately.

As mentioned, a promoter will attempt to stir things a bit today. The compensation for the one day effort was $10 thousand – not the most expensive of promotions.[BANNER]

This, funnily enough, is nearly half the cash VMCS reported at Sept. 30, 2011. The same report showed $416 thousand in revenue for the quarter and net income of nearly $91 thousand.

Like the annual, the quarterly didn’t incite any significant market response. This could be a signal traders and shareholders don’t care what the company reports.

In the notes after the financial statements, VMCS claims a “working capital surplus of $168,948,” but this is wrong unless they calculate working capital as something other than current assets ($554,392) less current liabilities ($770,676).

6VMCS_logo.jpgAt any rate, the promotion may not be enough for a significant price increase, but at least it should attract some attention to the illiquid VMCS stock.
