Here’s a weird situation as of midday. The VIX is up 8.5% but the near calls (23 days) are basically flat except for the ATMs which are up modestly, at best. Conspracy buffs take note. Within the last 10 minutes all the net changes are now red although volume is definitely muted. Bill Luby where are you?
