WAMUQ_chart.pngSince Washington Mutual, Inc. (PINK:WAMUQ) made a gigantic jump in May, the company’s stock value has been slowly declining. WAMUQ share price was at $0.2 at the beginning of June, but approximately three months later WAMUQ share price is at $0.08.

On Aug. 01, WAMUQ and WMI Investment Corp filed their monthly operating report for June 2011 with the united States bankruptcy Court. At the same time, WAMUQ broke below the psychological border at $0.1.

Thus, WAMUQ once again entered the sub-penny area after breaching two support lines at $0.12 and $0.10. Somewhere in July, WAMUQ went below the 50-MA as well, which has definitely had its role in the continuing depreciation of the stock. [BANNER]

At present, WAMUQ seems to be WAMUQ_logo.gifconsolidating at around $0.08. The last session, however, ended on the red side with WAMUQ losing 8% on a volume of 10 million shares.

Trending indicators such as the MACD and the short-term moving averages are not giving strong enough signals for a reversal. So, maybe WAMUQ will not see a serious increase in the trading activity before more clear configurations form on the chart.
