As investors we are inundated with new information each week about the state of the economy and stock market. The recent flow of information has made many of you into bulls as can be seen by the recent rise of stocks. What would you need to see to change your mind to become more bearish?
And bears. The same question applies to you. Obviously you have not been swayed by movement of stock prices over the last few weeks. So what would you need to see change in order to get you to buy up more stocks?
Try and be as specific as possible. So if you say “I need to see the economy improve”. Be clear about what aspects of the economy. And what level you would need to see it come in at to change your investment strategy.
