I hope everyone is paying attention. This Friday looks to be the turning point in the U.S. economic recovery. If this turns out to be true, what will it mean for traders and investors?
If Friday is the pivotal point in the economic recovery, will we see a sustained, energetic bull rally raising the S&P 500 above 1200? Will we see the Dow begin running toward 12,000? Or, will the other problems out “there” continue to keep a level of uncertainty in the markets?
The big picture is forming around Friday’s employment report for March, and as the week moves forward, anticipation will build as to whether the report will produce positive job numbers.
- If the report comes out with a plus number above 100,000, will it make a difference in the market mindset?
- Will the report be the catalyst that removes uncertainty?
Let me know what you folks think.
