So far today the ‘Friday Effect‘ has taken over. As mentioned in the earlier post at 10:02 am EST the Dow Jones Industrial Average rarely declines sharply and closes under 100.00 points on a Friday. So far today the market has been very weak today, however, the low was made at noon and a light volume float higher has taken over. This last hour could see some small amount of volatility due to options expiration. The SPY will have resistance around the $107.65 and $108.00 levels should it continue to float higher on the light volume.
