WordLogic Corporation (OTC:WLGC) doesn’t look much optimistic these days, mostly making either zero or negative price changes. WLGC_chart.pngHowever, its future is under question. Now the only thing investors are concerned about is the potential gain of the stock, while its next move is just about to be seen.

The eventual jump of WLGC was first projected yesterday by Hototc.com, where the stock was pointed as “potentially sitting on a huge revenue goldmine” based on a recent research on WordLogic Corporation. According to it, the company’s global smartphone shipments have increased by 78% per year to reach a record value for the third quarter of 2010. Based on this, WLGC promised huge future revenues, though no one can be certain about it until releasing the financial results.

Will the optimistic stock alerts make the shares of WordLogic break up the stand-by mood? Anyway, it seem that the company is making efforts to push up its stock price and it’s interesting if it will succeed. The promotional period is scheduled to last a week.[BANNER]

World_Logic_logo.pngWordLogic Corp. is a developer of patent-protected predictive text software used in input and Internet-based search applications. Historical records show that during the past month the company’s share price has varied between $0.25 – $0.27, not supported by much news on WLGC’s activities. In fact, the only update that came up by the company this year was released on Jan. 5 and it concerned an infringement analysis ordered by WLGC. According to the announcement, the analysis has revealed up to 1.4 billion infringing units, of which $360 million in potential royalties by year-end 2014. A very optimistic projection for the company, that could though hardly affect the stock price.

According to its 10-Q report, the company’s financials don’t look much promising. As of end-September, liabilities of WLGC have been over ten times higher than its total assets and the accumulated deficit during the development stage period has exceeded $16 million. Besides, the company still has a significant stockholders’ deficit along with a huge net loss. Thus, despite the optimistic projections the future existence of WordLogic remains under a substantial doubt.
