This is another way to look at the Lazy Man basket with the FSC template . . in this case with XLB as the focus ETF (shaded area on chart). Realistically, it’s best to rotate each of the basket ETFs into the focus position, one at a time, in order to see the Prognosticator signal (lower technical panel).
Rotating the chart focus helps to clarify the relative market momentum of each basket component and since this basket is only 5 ETFs the time to conduct such a study is only a few minutes. In this case we’ve omitted VIX from the basket study just to simply the view.
