I do a lot of web seminars and other presentations for traders; so I’m always trying to improve my communication. I’m currently reading a book called Presentation Zen by Garr Reynolds. (Here’s a link to it on Amazon). It’s ostensibly about how to optimize presentations and how to better use “slideware” (PowerPoint and the like), but I’ve found it to be useful on a much broader scale, and it’s really one of the best business books I’ve read in a while.
Where am I going with this? While I was home yesterday, waiting for the ATT installer, I started thinking about what I do for my clients and traders; the first thin I came up with was a list of the strengths and weaknesses of the swing trading methodology I lay out in Swing Trader’s Insight.
As simplifying things is often more work than the verbose, ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ version, I’m still working on that list. I’ll post it as soon as I’m finished.
