The major stock indexes have gone to sleep today ahead of the G20 meeting this weekend. It is important to note that the trading volume is extremely light and this will slightly favor the upside into the close of the trading session. Rarely will the stock markets stage a sharp decline on a Friday ahead of the weekend. We call this the ‘Friday Effect’.
