The strangest thing is that in year 2000, the chart shows level over the high level from the depression in 1930’s.
Of cource the level in 2008 – 2009 – I have no comment for it – unbelievable.
I have read that similar levels were reached in 1986 – 1988 in Bulgaria, right before fall of Socialism – however I have no way to check it.
