Nice run this morning but I think it was a longer course as the four minutes extra on my time (and slower than my first week) doesn’t make sense. I was going at a slower pace, and the time is correct according to my watch and the person announcing the time at the end – but this race result is a little bit of an outlier, I guess like a bad candle print.
My exercise and sleep was NOT ideal this week with some household stress, but I didn’t overeat as I have in the past, so progress is being made, including on the scale…
