NZD/USD gained slightly for the session on Friday to recoup some of the losses experienced on Thursday. However, the bounce was a very slight one, and more importantly stopped at the top of the most previous. Because of this, we think that the market may not bounce much higher than they here. With this in mind, we are willing to sell the Kiwi dollar on the first signs of weakness. We also would be willing to sell the Kiwi dollar on a break of the Friday lows. With global risk appetite shrinking, it is very difficult to envision a situation where the Kiwi should thrive. With this we are in a” risk off, sell only” mode in this pair.
