A number of years ago I broke my back molar. My dentist said I would need an implant and referred me to an oral maxillary surgeon he knew to do the job.

IN THE DENTIST’S CHAIR
I had a few pre-surgery appointments where they measured, sized, re-measured, and adjusted the implant in order to make sure it would fit perfect. On each visit the doctor would ask me to watch a video showing an overview of how the procedure would go. Each time I politely declined. He would chuckle and say, “Well, you can watch it next time.” But I never did watch it.

TRUST THE SKILLS
See my attitude was that I came to this doctor based on a recommendation. I either trusted that his technical skills would be sufficient or I didn’t, so the “story” of how the implant procedure would work was irrelevant to me. More so, it was actually harmful for me. The last thing I wanted to be thinking about when I was in the chair having the procedure done was the long, detailed, and explicit back-story of how my implant procedure was being done.

GET IT DONE
All I wanted was for them to just knock me out and then wake me up when it was done. You know, kinda like when you get married.

THE TRADE
I will admit that I have no idea what CALL (Vocaltec Communications) does. Nor do I care. That information would just distract me and make a trade in the stock subjective instead of objective.

Objectively the stock is flagging right below six-year highs. It’s an aggressive buy on the break of the flag or a conservative buy at new highs, with a stop back below the resistance level (which will become a support level).

JUST LIKE WASHING YOUR HAIR
When trading, you just have to trust the technical’s to act as they should, but if they don’t, you move on. Lather, rinse, repeat.
